A morning of arts and crafts with Nate - this is a mini magnetic canvas - isn’t that such a brilliant idea?! Ready for the fridge! It’s such a bad pic, but I was quickly snapping it to send to a friend & it’s my only photo from today!
Asha did her workshop and it sounds like it went really well - I overheard their circle time and almost every kid said their favourite part of the day had been jewellery making with Asha.
Coffee with Barbara this morning...and sharing Ricardo’s story on social media...plus sending it to the town hall and a journalist contact we have. We’ll see if anything changes re the basic hygiene situation...

Today I’m grateful for;
1) Asha absolutely loving the day at the horse sanctuary, where the summer school is based. She loved it so much we’ve booked her in for their last day tomorrow.
2) People caring about Ricardo’s story. Even though it’s not my story, somehow it still felt like I needed courage to share it, not knowing the reaction it/he would get.
3) Being given bags of brilliant stuff for the homeless - clean and good quality. So often we get people’s absolute rubbish!
