The Piece Hall.

Like so many businesses in the tourism and hospitality sectors, The Piece Hall Trust, who manage The Piece Hall, has been hit hard by the pandemic. Yesterday they issues a statement which revealed their operational income has been reduced by around 80%. As a result, they've been forced to begin redundancies...so very sad.

The Piece Hall had really come to life again after the million pound renovation project. I really hope they will be able to run their usually full schedule of events and attractions once again in the not too distant future.

I guess through resilience, hope and determination such industries may just pull through. I'll certainly do my bit to support them. :-)
