Llyn Morwynion

Thank you so much for the response to yesterday’s photo.

Decided on a walk in the Rhinogs from Cwm Brychan and up the Roman steps (a route between Chester and Harlech). It also formed part of the Cambrian Way.

We took a detour part way up in order to visit this little visited lake. So pleased we did a delightful place to sit and have lunch. Jet enjoyed a swim too. If it had been warmer I might have joined him!

We saw no one on the way out and a only a few on the way back. The only drawback was the long drive down a single track road. Fortunately we met only three vehicles all close to passing places.
