Green Woodland Carpet

Raining quite hard in the morning, and it was supposed to rain for most of the day. However, by midday, the persistent rain has been blown away, and it is quite nice for the lunchtime walk. The woodland floor is now at its greenest. the leaves on the trees are emerging, and soon all this will die back as the sunlight no longer reaches the ground.

Wasn't expecting an afternoon ride, but the forecast rain doesn't appear, so better than expected, but with a nagging breeze.
