Exercise

Up and in the hot tub for a while, with AR the 'jet master' in charge of which jets are on and who sits where, then we demolished a huge pile of freshly baked pastries.
Looking brighter weather, so O headed off for a walk and explore of another cave, A&N eventually set off on their bikes (extra) for a big ride, T&Kt went to Bakewell and Chatsworth House and Mt&H went to Ashbourne to the playpark and river. 
Sa and So came over to see us and we had some lunch then set off to Dimmingsdale to do a walk through the hills and along the river. Just as we set off, K got the call to go and pick up O, so she and So headed back to find him and Sa and I carried on around the loop walk. Lots of 'Policeman's helmets' flowers everywhere (extra) which I think were the same as the ones Arclight saw too. We talked about family and covid and all the usual things and admired the very lush greenery around the smelting work's mill pond then when we got back to the start of the walk we almost literally ran into A&N half way through their bike ride. Seemed to be enjoying themselves and A gaining confidence on the bike. 
We had a couple of false starts with the map reading but eventually got onto a beautiful footpath that used to be a railway route and went through a tunnel of trees for quite a while, before coming out onto a little country lane to walk home. We never found the footpath we were looking for but just followed the road home - up a VERY steep long hill. We did 6 miles in total and it was the first decent exercise I've had for nearly 2 months...whacked out when we got back! We jumped in the hot tub again, this time with G&Ts, and heard about everyone's day, then started putting dinner together. Pulled pork (and pulled jackfruit for some), rolls, coleslaw, corn on the cob then fruit crumble and a taste of Bakewell puddings that T&Kt had bought on their travels (extra). All stuffed.....! Sa and So left and we cleaned up then had another Uno tournament. I won (a miracle!)
