Reaching for the top

“Do you want to have a go? You are never too old to climb,” said the team leader when he saw me watching some of his protégés in action.
 
“No thanks!” 
It did not seem an appropriate moment to reveal I am in possession of three artificial joints, two knees and one hip, so instead  I said I had done some rock climbing many years ago.
 
We discovered this little known rock face this afternoon after a visit to Crieff, a market town and popular tourist destination in central Scotland.
It’s slowly coming back to life after lockdown and the two ice cream shops were doing a roaring trade.
