Mark, Grace and Autumn came today

It was a lovely surprise haven't seen them for a couple  of months or more. The girls are with their Daddy this week ( My youngest son Mark, these are his two youngest, his other 2 are in their late 20's one being Katie who came last week) their mummy has gone on holiday. We had a lovely chat, the dogs were overjoyed to be able to see them, Tanzy was most funny, she was let out and then cowed down almost afraid of them until Mark called her and she realised who it was, I think she had forgotten them as she wasn't allowed out last time they came, and it was before Christmas when she last saw them. Molly made a big fuss then went and sat with Paula, she doesn't like noise these days and children are a bit boisterous.

We sat outside at a good distance and no physical contact

They were telling me all about their school reports, Autumn is back at school but Grace has been home tutored as she wasn't in the go back group but she has got very good results. Mark said they have been really good at doing the work online.
I heard from Great granddaughter Caitlin  yesterday, she has also done really well and got some good reports and grades. Which shows that those that have been at home can get good results and it's not harming their education. Probably for those less fortunate it will.

Mark was telling me he has been promoted to department manager he now oversees all the loading of the vans and making sure everything is going out on time.

Well that took care of our afternoon and very pleasant it was too, we only had a short shower mid morning and that was all otherwise a nice day
