Collared doves

We've at least one pair of collared doves in the garden that have sussed out how to stand on one arm of the bird feeder and snaffle sunflower seeds from the hanging feeder.

Earlier, we had seen them both sitting on the "feeding arm" eating from opposite holes in the feeder - but neither of them seemed very comfortable.

Shortly after I took this photo, the guy on the upper arm decided his mate had had enough, jumped on top of him, and took over.
