Go! Go!

Maisie, the middle granddaughter, has just finished her last year at primary school. Although she has been able to attend school for the last few weeks of term, so having time to spend with her friends before they all go their separate ways in September, they have missed out on a lot of the things that usually happen in the last term, one of these is an adventure camp that is arranged for them. 

So her mum suggested she had her own adventure and this is what she chose - Quad Biking. She insisted that her mum took part as well, so our daughter did so, with some degree of trepidation.  In the end they both really enjoyed it and we got sent these photos. 

Otherwise another wettish day. I was at the dentist in Appleby for a check-up this morning. I was impressed with how highly organised it all was in order to create a safe environment, such as making sure people spent as little time as possible in the reception area. It does help that it is such a friendly, positive place anyway.
