Bit Boring...!!

I know, but felt I just had to Blip my dinner tonight...
It was oh so good...!
As I stood in the fish shop today having bought the usual cod to roast for my hubby.....I diddered the girl knowing I would ask for salmon or sea trout...when I was silent she waited until I said I’m trying to be brave here and have something different..?!! She recommended the Plaice, a couple of minutes in the pan with butter, lemon juice herb and caper sauce....
I’ll be having it again..!!!
