The bird table

After a slow start, the bird feeders have proved to be very popular.  I can’t keep up with the mixed seeds feeder, the birds empty it as soon as I fill it up again.  It took a while for them to take to the peanuts and niger seeds but some birds are beginning to take an interest in them as well.  A whole flock of pigeons has descended on the garden.  There were 5 of them picking up the seeds that had dropped out of the mixed seeds feeder onto the ground and one likes to sit on the table on the top of the bird table - like the king (or queen) of the garden
