Light Work
A diabolically early start AND not for Blipping reasons either but The Bossess needed to be in Alexandra at 7.30 in the morning and The Boss needed to be back in town ASAP as he runs Wanaka SeniorNet today and there was a complicated presentation going down with an iPad and a laptop feeding the projector and sound and he was I suspect panicking a tad. I rode shotgun in the back of The Bossess car as I also suspected that this was my "outing" of the day 'Cos I had seen the "TO DO" list on The Bossess desk and walkies was not in there.
I remember a couple of years ago when The B's went to the USA for a couple of months, I was exported back to my MUM in Palmerston North and it rained a lot. B had this neat trick and she would load all the dogs (all Wheatens) on to the back of a truck and after tying everyone safely on we went for a ride round the block in the rain. Well it was fun and it certainly took our collective minds off boredom. So.....Hmmmmm?
So back to today and we stopped on the way back and got this shot. The water is Lake Dunston , the lower bit with the dam just around the corner and at this time of the morning it did look a treat with all that back lighting and a wisp of fog.
Oh. And the SeniorNet meeting went a treat too. 40% now have iPads.
The Bossess has a tin of treats in her office drawer. The door is closed and I am too little to learn to open it.
Oh dear..Treatless in Seattle? Don't really know...never been there.
