Stachys palustris or Marsh Woundwort and Hoverfly.   I noticed this growing on the river bank this afternoon, really pleased as this is the first time I've seen it there.
I had a lovely lunch with Steven, Maddie and Alfie earlier at the nursery where Maddie works.   All very well organised with seating outside and a pick up point when your order is ready using disposable cups, plates and cutlery.    The menu has been scaled down and our choices were really delicious.
