I've had the most wonderful day with Charlie (grand dog) today.   Steven dropped him off on his way to the supermarket and I've just taken him back.   He's such great company and loves to be near you, so we've spent a while sitting on the river bank watching the world go by.     He's still wearing his harness as he has been known to fall in the river and it's handy for pulling him out, he doesn't like the water and can't swim.    I know, it's almost unheard of in a lab.
