Retail
An abiding memory from a month's travelling in the USA several years ago was of the vast expanse of the parking area of a retail park in Southern Alabama. We were there as the February afternoon ended with the low sun casting a hard, warmthless light and throwing our long shadows over the Tarmac . Today's pic comes from the Phoenix retail park at Linwood just as the sun, which had been a driving hazard all day, slipped to the ground.
I was reminded of Alabama. It was strangely depressing.
