Rehearsal

Every Tuesday night I sing with 8+1 - a group that began as eight women directed by one man: Mr B. We've rehearsed in several places - the school most of us have worked in (they knocked down the old one and the new music department had lousy soundproofing and there were pipers next door ...), the Kirn Church Centre (roof blew off last year so it had to be demolished.) We hope we're not going to affect St John's hall in any way.

This is a snapshot of the viewpoint of a chorister at rest - we usually stand for the entire 90 minute rehearsal.
