Tea, anyone?
Overcast and cool all day but we did manage to finish the hidden “gallery.” This is a limited common area for the condo, next to us….unused except for cleaning and painting projects and a ladder to get on the roof. It’s come in very handy for social distanced coffee or wine with someone (like yesterday, sorry it wasn’t quite ready….) without coming in the house....so without making it look too enticing (no problem!) we thought we’d try to make it at least more interesting. Put up these 8 5x7 photos on board (sprayed waterproof) that I’ve had sitting around. Friend Mike and I at one time put this sort of art around the neighborhood…it’s all familiar sites around the neighborhood, with a twist. Most but I don’t think all have been blipped but you can see in the extra. Also how sort of hidden and private it is from the front of the condo, other extra. the little balcony (where the art sits under, fairly protected) is off our dining room.
The tea pot (unused by me) and cups (have used these) are some ancient things from H’s family that are hidden away in a cabinet and should be dealt with, with all this “free” time..….but I‘ll just put them back where they came from for now :-)
Best I can do for today…..where did it go? time to make dinner,….
