Wells

We went over to Wells this morning for a walk around the gardens of the Bishop's Palace. This is the view of the Cathedral with one of the wells which give the city it's name inthe foreground. The gardens themselves were looking beautiful and I took lots of flower shots with Flower Friday in mind, but I couldn't resist this landscape view.

It was very busy in Wells but we were able to sit beside the Palace croquet lawn and enjoy a mocha and a slice of flapjack from the Palace cafe.

This afternoon we put a second coat of wood stain on the decking on Chris's balcony. Looks like new (almost!)
