Dog In Window

Today’s long walk was postponed. I had to go in to work, J was roped in to mind a grandchild, and it would have been a chilly walk in the mountains anyway. Tomorrow’s outing will be closer to home, either the coast or harbour, and hopefully sunny.

That left the small matter of finding a local blip. On the way home I passed a decades-old hair salon, the Marie-Louise, which has a bright shopfront and a good backstory, but both will keep.

A few doors down was Soho Hair with this interesting dog in the window. Both have seen better days, so it’s an early entry for Derelict Sunday. The dog has a forlorn look, but seems happy and friendly.
