Anyone seen my Mojo?
I am so looking forward to dipping into this book. The contributions are from those and such as those and make fascinating reading if you are as nosey as I am about other people’s lives.
Although things are coming out of lockdown, it’s not the same as it was. Apart from remembering to have my mask with me at all times, it is a bit weird to sit in Söderberg , alone and in a through draught with the doors open. I might as well sit outside........ I even thought fondly of my kitchen table at home as I shivered. I’m sure things will improve slowly but the doors surely can’t stay open when the temperature falls or I will succumb to hypothermia.
My Mojo is beginning to flag just when it should be in the ascendant and I can’t really think why. I feel I should be bright eyed and bushy tailed now that normality is creeping back. It is maybe because I see the younger members of the family off on holiday today while I still feel chained to the routine of the last 4 months ; social connections have been broken and may be hard to restore.
I do find exercise helps and early morning bike rides do that even if it is increasingly hard to make the transition from bed to saddle. Eating also helps but therein lies my downfall............
