Clever stuff

Wherever else we shop, we try to call in at Cranstons for fish, as there is a fine selection and there is this wonderful lady, whom I am sure I have blipped before. She is super helpful and friendly. She will explain how to cook various types of fish . . . and she is brilliant at filleting. We had wanted to cook some whole trout, but they were too big, so she expertly set to work and provided us with two perfect fillets. 

And a guy in the wonderful O2 shop in Penrith sorted out my phone, which has not been right for a week, after all the technology issues we had.  Finally everything works . . . for the moment.
