A great day for . . .

. . . picking broad beans in the sunshine, whilst someone else gathers strawberries (too many!)

Prior to that went for breakfast at our favourite (and very best) café on the A66.

Then we shopped for chairs etc. in IKEA (always etc. in there). It was quiet and quite painless. 

At one point I asked for a magnet board like the one on display. I was told by two members of staff that they were out of stock and I couldn't have the one on display because it was a different team who put up the displays! Meanwhile a third lady came along, quietly took down a huge display of boxes and right underneath was a massive stock of . . . magnet boards. I bought two!
