oh my goodness, i am going to miss this girl so much. she is a little bit mental and sometimes drives me absolutely crazy, but she is one of the closest friends i have out here and she has made my life a lot more fun. even the countless hours i have spent waiting for her do not make me love her any less.

i am one of those pathetic people who hate confrontation of any kind and avoid it at all costs. but i think funga is one of the people i can outright disagree and argue with and it doesn't make our friendship falter. even when she does say ridiculous things. life is certainly never boring when she is around.

in all seriousness though, funga has a great big heart and i will never forget how much of an encouragement she has been to me. this is a friendship that i truly treasure and thank God for.


(i'm taking a break from my normal blipping routine and from now until i leave i will be posting portraits of the people that i love here in zambia. i might put them all together at the end to make a mammoth picture to hang on my wall, but mostly they will stay here on blip so i can remember these lovely people.)
