Cooking Apple tree

Lots of apples this year!
Another busy hot day. In the last three days we've had five couples in and out, just staying for one night en route to somewhere else in France.
We also have another couple staying for six nights to explore this area. The trouble is you get talking, then the wine comes out........!
We are lucky to always have such lovely guests, but the amount of leftover croissants I'm eating is a worry! I've started feeding them to the hens!
