Ibstock specials?

We went to Framlingham Castle today for a look round now that English Heritage are reopening places.
A good visit and most of the castle was accessible although the museum was still closed. Plenty of information about the Bigods and the Howards and their on/off relationships with the monarch of the day.
The battlements have over a dozen ornamental chimney stacks though all but three are dummies just for decoration. I wonder where they got the bricks?
