When the gov looked at the stream this morning there was barely any change in the level, but surface water on the roads through the village was really bad. Now getting the buck passing game being played over who cleans out drains, local authority or highways authority. Meanwhile the standing water is being sprayed everywhere by idiots driving too fast.
