Full of flowers this year but still no butterflies hanging around. I planted this some years ago in memory of my dad. Lots of trees in the garden are either in memory of, or in celebration of. I bought a blue one because of his love of the sea. Weeded the long onion bed this morning and collected more tomatoes. Lots of baby cucumbers but none ready to eat yet. Rained this afternoon so I made 5lbs of blackcurrant jelly with the last of them - just a few odd ones left on the bushes now.
