Take one paint brush

One side effect of the pandemic is that many of us have tackled all those odd jobs, both in the house and garden, which we never seemed to have had the time for.
 
Well, I did my bit today by painting this bench white.
 
Happy to report that nearly six months after hip and knee replacements I am more or less back to normal and can re-start some gardening.
 
Oh yes we had another tea party this afternoon when some friends dropped in from Edinburgh. They are thinking of moving out to this area and  are among the growing number of people considering leaving city life behind in search of a garden and a different way of living.
