Eased

Out on the bike for the morning and I deliberately eased off. Just for a change. I stopped several times. I went on a few roads that I've not been on for ages. I took more photos than usual. I took in all the scenery. I gulped in all that fresh air. I right enjoyed mesen. Not that I don't usually but, y'know. Bit of variety and that.

That's Edinburgh in the distance in the photo, you can make out Arthur's Seat. I'm probably about fifteen miles from town there, near the quarry, at the top of the segment that Strava calls 'Wee Twisty Climb', a climb that I just rolled up in a much lower gear than usual. Because I wanted to.
