Lapuanjoki, Liinamaa

Late in the evening I left for a drive with my camera. Here is Lapuanjoki -river of Ostrobothnia area at the time of sunset, 22.30.

The day has been busy and nice. Lovely to meet people of knee and hip rehabilitation again! This is group of eight "poor ones", but the mood is good and all are eager to move and train themselves. So much fun!

A personal schedule for every one of us. Lesson of physiotheapist today, meeting another, having tested too (surprisingly good results) and gym in the afternoon. As I had today a couple of hours free time, so I took a bicycle and made a trip to willage centre pharmacy (in the extra).

The Spa is full of families, and Corona settings still on, so we have to desinfect our hand often and at the gym all the equipment soon after our use. Social distance should be kept. There is limitations in spa pools, only 70 customers at the same time. So instead of spa, I went to the movie in the evening. The star is born.
