Well, Carys was a nightmare at bedtime again last night, hoping for better tonight as I am flying solo. Mind she usually is good when I am on my own, playing up much more when Daddy is around.

William had a better night but still very disturbed so I was feeling very sleep deprived this morning and as such knocked a run on the head and went to bed for an hour and a half. Feel much better now.

Rest of the day was spent doing Information Governance training and sorting emails. You see why I needed to catch up on sleep, I wouldn't have got through the IG training otherwise.

Anyway off to collect boychild and do bedtime. Fingers crossed.
