Domestication

Nothing nicer than the shine on a newly washed floor. Shame the cleanliness only last until the kids get home! Spent the first part of the morning catching up with some sleep in lieu of yet another run, in the hope of resetting my stress levels and patience. Then did all sorts of domesticated chores, like vacuum bagging William's old clothes. Sadly not mch to show for the industry but at least I know in my head I have done it.

William and Mummy day tomorrow and then back to running on Friday no matter what.
