THANK U NHS
I've been missing shooting planes so was interested when my daughter sent me a link to the route over Hertfordshire of the THANK U NHS Spitfire. Ollie dog and I went to the Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Welwyn Garden City and, in very blustery conditions, joined many others waiting for the flypast. It's always a thrill to see and hear a Spitfire aloft. I've added another couple of Spitfire pics to extras. Even though the wording can't be seen in the first one I like it as the pilot can. A large crowd stayed to clap for the 72nd anniversary of the NHS.
I've been trying to capture butterflies in flight. I managed it today when a very tatty female white was propositioned by a male. She wasn't interested.
