Windy

A very disturbed night with a restless dog. Hope that it is nothing serious but she really isn't herself
In the end I managed only about 2 hours rest.

Met up with some parkrun friends but none of felt like running so it was a 1 lap walk of the course and then ice cream.

Managed some grass cutting but a lazy pm of F1 on TV was about all I could manage beyond that.
