A morning of coffee in Jim jams, playing with Drake and chatting with Yola and Sean , so much better than video calling ! Lots of good food then dog walking with much picking and eating of sweet red currants and raspberries . Drake and his grandpop disappeared off throughout the day to bang nails into wood his workshop, went for a bike ride to the shop, Discovered trampolining (x 2), then came back riding a ‘go cart’ then later a toy crane and then an enormous toy digger ( all borrowed from neighbours and parked in the garden for use over the weekend) . Pic is Yola and Drake in the allotments , he is tired but making himself stay awake .
The extra is an unexpected evening ride on the carriage with me and Susan when we went down to do the horses. He was so tired he didn’t know what to make of it but was a really good boy . He also got to collect the chicken eggs with Susan and loved the sticker book she gave him .
