Chakra!

Today's new tea is a blend form Canton Tea's organic blends called Chakra. It essentially is a curry in a drink form and is a blend of ginger, turmeric root, coriander seed, fennel seeds, cardamom pods, clove, liquorice root and citrus peel. It has its base on the traditional medicine native to the Indian subcontinent known as Ayurvedic medicine. It is absolutely beautiful and definitely one to keep. This company also make a beautiful English Breakfast blend which is one of the finest that I have ever tasted. Isn't tea wonderful ?

So last day of resting the ankle before getting back on it like a car bonnet at the gym - Body Pump and RPM booked. Going to take it easy and drop my weights down and go at a lighter resistance on the bike. Don't want to do any long term damage. Not sure about running, think that I am going to leave that for a week or so until all swelling has disappeared entirely before I hit the streets again.

I was reminded yesterday of the value of having amazing people in your life and having a great friend who gave me some wonderful advice. Thank you very much coach!
