Sunflowers

I spotted these sunflowers at the field edge on my walk.  The rest of the field was not yet in flower. I took two clocks back to the shop in the afternoon and put them on test. I then went on a home visit to put back on some longcase hand that had fallen off.  I thought it would be straightforward but a tiny but essential screw had gone up the hoover.  It has become a much more difficult job. I will have to take the clock away to work on so it will have to await my return from France.
