Brain coral

Centred in this image is a large brain coral which used to sit on a wall
pedestal at my grandparents' home in 1940s.  Visitors would stack their hats on it upon arrival . 
 I believe it came from Cooktown in Queensland, where my grandfather grew up with his mother, father ( known as 'Captain Charlie')
and 6 brothers.  The other items are bits and pieces accumulated, as we do.
