Ducklings

A better week so far with a slightly less frantic schedule and some thinking time. Last night we had a long zoom call with old friends - so nice to catch up. I took this blip tonight at the local lake. It was busy with birds - the Swan family were there as was a family of Coots which I hadn’t seem before. The babies were very small but hard to capture as they were dark against the water. The Duck family obliged and we watched them for a while. Cute. We did the pub quiz again tonight and even had a rival team of our Canadian family to play against tonight. We got our best score yet of 46! They did pretty well for a first time too.
