Rain coming

A relatively quiet weekend after another busy working week. Mainly errands and household chores on Saturday. We did the virtual pub quiz in the evening which was fun as we had missed it on Thursday this week. We were doing well until the final round! Today we had rain on and off so I managed a few jobs in the garden in between showers. I’ve been working on the front garden and trying to add some more plants to the flower bed outside our lounge window. Mum had helped me identify a plants from the back garden I could move out there including a few ferns which we wouldn’t miss from under the trees. We popped to the garden centre to pick out a few more late this afternoon and it’s finally starting to fill out. Dinner was followed by a stroll through the golf course - the next rain shower was chasing us home.
