Si Bella

Bella, our little Fiat Panda, celebrated her 14th birthday by passing her CT (MoT).  We bought the her new in 2006 and she is very much a part of our French life, so it is always a relief to know that she will be with us for another couple of years. I apologise for the anthropomorphism, but she has always been a she! We have been establishing a second potager in what will eventually become a cottage garden, separate from the main "parkland".  We made a raised bed (see extra) and filled it with rosemary, thyme, coriander, fennel, parsley, lettuce, penstemons, sage (both edible and decorative), purple basil, yarrow, tarragon, oregano and blue geranium.  That's a lot to keep watered along with the main potager, which has tomatoes, beans, courgettes, wild flowers, a vine, more lettuce and a whole load more!
