Turning the Page

When I walked into my room at the Civic yesterday, this calendar was open at March.

It’s now home, and this being the first day of July I turned the page. Or rather, pages. It’s the 100th day of lockdown/shielding today.

Last year I took a picture of the same view each month. Peel Park, from behind Salford’s Art Gallery. It’s a wonderful place, transformed by the City Council in the last 2 years, So this view was photographed in July 2019. July 2020 somehow feels very different.
