Why on earth would these little ladies decide to go swimming in the dead of night, and with a storm of huge magnitude going on?  I really do wonder?  And did they go swimming, or was the puddle and splashes enough to "wet" their appetite. 

This afternoon we had our Monday afternoon photography group of five, because of the inclement weather and dampness underfoot, our host decided to do some indoor stuff.  This is one of the set ups;  these wee figures are very very small as is the truck in the background.  Great fun.

And good news, the whale pootled out to sea at high tide last night
