Do I focus on the dinner coming in the sunroom or the funky noises created by the wind in the garden?

Today was productive. I haven't had a day like today in ages. Time to focus on my work load and I got through a massive amount in a really short space of time. Felt like I was on fire...and it felt great! Jamie cleaned and polished my car today and it looks absolutely amazing! I'm thinking of making this a monthly booking. I had a massage with Trish and clearly my body is a bit pounded with all the training as there were knots and tightness all over the place. I felt a lot better afterwards! I'm just working on some Uni stuff and then it's time for an omelette and bedtime. I desperately need more sleep - when my head hits the pillow my brain goes into overdrive and I can't sleep. Tonight - sledgehammer?
