A way through the woods.

An active day today. Up first thing for the second run of Couch to 5K. Then wandered up to the hospital at lunchtime. Had an outdoor meeting in the gardens with my team to discuss plans for moving forward with normalising our service and getting patient involvement up an running again. It may not be able to fully happen again until the Autumn but plans are afoot.

To avoid the narrow path out, I took the trail back through the trees. It's still getting a little use but I had to go very cautiously to avoid nettles to bare legs!
