bright spot in the day

I've had many bright spots in my day today. First, this morning my Bible study group of 10 met in person for the first time since March! We had a lovely catchup sitting socially distanced in a member's beautiful back yard. It was so good to really see each other!
Then a very handy friend came over and tweaked two wooden gates we had built for our indoor and outdoor stairways that were sticking. Ah, it's the little things that make a big difference, isn't it?
And last but not least, remember that awesome Sigma zoom macro lens I borrowed? Well, my friend decided to sell it to me for a pittance!
So seeing this bright sunflower on my afternoon walk was a perfect expression of my delightful day!
