Old single rambling rose

Over 50 years ago this rambling rose was planted as a cutting from one growing in the garden of my childhood and teenage years’ home. It is still going strong and survived this afternoons’s torrential downpours. It is extremely vigorous with viscous thorns and does not have much of a perfume, but it looks amazing and is the bumble bees favourite rose in my garden.
