YELLOW ROSE

The most colourful thing I could find to blip today. It reminds me of the Yellow Rose of Texas, which reminds me that this week it's the first birthdays of my Texan great-niece and great-nephew. Their mums are sisters who were due to have the babies on the same day in cities 300 miles apart, which was causing great anxiety to my sister over there. Fortunately, Francesca appeared a couple of days early, and William a day late, so their grandma managed to be there to welcome both of them.

When I listened to the link on YouTube I realised that my sister's ex-husband would be deeply offended by this version, which pleases me and would delight her.
