Totally trampolined

We had a late night last night, still sat outside in our neighbours garden at 12.30am!!! Needless to say we were not up,early, nor did I go for my run :-/ Slept ok ish with two fans going constantly!!

Woke to heavy skies, which soon produced a couple of heavy downpours.

The morning just flew by, we had an early lunch before heading off to see middle son, DiL and their two little ones....by which time the weather had warmed up to 27 degrees again.

An easy drive to Congleton.....arrived to find the adults sat in their lounge with the doors wide open into their garden. Isabella was at school but Olivia is off on a Friday. She was hiding from us under the nest of tables, lol.

We all sat out in the garden, with reasonable distance between us......it really hotted up and the afternoon wore on, Olivia wanted her swimsuit on then proceeded to play on the trampoline, with the hosepipe to wet, which creates a great slippy surface for sliding on!

DiL went to collect Isabella from school and she soon joined in the trampoline antics as soon as she got her swimsuit on.

There is only two years, between the girls, they play pretty well together....most of the time ;-)
as you can see here.

I have added an extra, a collage, which started with Olivia showingmus her super cartwheels, followed by Isabellas front roll, then Daddys' sideward whatever at is, and then Mummy and her front roll.....and yes, she has got her dressing gown on in 27 degrees lol!!!!

We played a couple of games including Tin Can Alley....the old fairground favourite. Isabella managed to soak grandad through not watching where she pointing the hosepipe, we didnt laugh honest!

We left around 6.30 and it was still really warm when we got onto the M6....... as we approached home we heard on the radio that the M6 had reopend all 3 lanes after flooding at Haydock Island, which is our junction!
Sure enough the plants in the garden have taken a battering, lots of soil all swilled over the patio and a much cooller 19 degrees!
At least there is no watering needed!

An easy dinner, I'd already made cauliflower cheese before we left, quickly griddled some pork steaks and pan fried potatoes with garlic and rosemary, I had some tenderstem brocolli aswell.......quicky, easy amd tasty!

A night in front of the tv tonight, a date with Monty, followed by Gogglebox and then probably some past Glastonbury mega performances :-)
