Thistles by the river

I tried to get the more physical jobs done early. The grass needed cutting and I cut it with the dew still on it.  After a delivery, I went in to the shop to collect a longcase.  It is an early nineteenth clock made by a local maker. I have worked on it before.  I do occasionally see Broderick clocks but they are quite rare now.
